Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction will always be our #1 priority. But things do happen. A 20-25% restocking fees applies for all returns that have already been shipped, this fee covers the cost of original shipping to send, packaging, transaction fee, insurance cost, and handling fee.

Refund fee:

There is a refund fee of 7% to orders that are yet to be shipped due to transaction fees. 

Order Cancelation Request:

Any orders that need to be canceled before they are shipped, will have a mandatory 4% transaction fee deducted from the refund amount. (6% for international credit cards & 8% for Shop Pay installments) This is due to the fact that we are not refunded the transaction fee from the credit card processor, PayPal or Shop Pay when you place your order. (Please understand this policy when requesting us to cancel your order that you placed, because you changed your mind)
